Each night a rotating selection of 16 different options are prepared in the churrasqueira, the open pit fire that is the foundation of our flavor.
From traditional picanha, the most delicious part of the top sirloin, to modern American items like parmesan-encrusted pork, Tritip infused with provolone cheese, and bacon-wrapped Sirloin. Cordeiro legs of lamb, tri-tip steak known as maminha – are staples that are served nightly.
